Use of the Website, completion of forms, purchase of tickets, and/or donations constitute consent to the terms of this policy.

  • Collection Purpose: Processing the transaction, verification and billing

  • Important Note: The Museum does not store credit card details

  • Information Collected: IP address, browsing patterns, approximate geographic location

  • Collection Purpose: Improving user experience, website security, and statistical analysis
     

3. Transfer of Information to Third Parties

The Museum commits not to transfer personally identifiable information to third parties, except in the following cases (subject to law):

Payment Processing and Purchases: External payment processing companies (such as credit card companies or ticketing platforms) for the purpose of authorizing and executing donation or purchase transactions.

Mailing: External mailing systems (such as Mailchimp) for sending newsletters and updates.

Donor Management: CRM systems for managing donor relationships (such as Manor software) for recording and managing donations.
 

3.2 Legal Obligation and Tax Authorities

Transfer of information to authorized authorities, including tax authorities in Israel, for the purpose of issuing appropriate receipts, credits, and fulfilling legal obligations applicable to the Museum as a non-profit organization.

The Museum does not store sensitive credit card details in its database.

According to the Privacy Protection Law, every individual has the right to review personal information stored about them in the Museum's database, and to request its correction or deletion.

6.1 Access, Correction, and Deletion

Requests for access, correction, or deletion of personal information must be submitted in writing by sending an email to: info@mots.org.il

6.2 Cancellation of Direct Mail

Every individual is entitled to request at any time to stop receiving advertising or direct mail from the Museum, by:
